As a big fan of Grant Morrison's work on "Action Comics" (it has gotten mixed reviews mainly due to its complexity, but I am in the pro- camp), this is an excellent issue detailing the final reveal of the Multitude which has been hyped some 5-6 months before in "Action Comics". The Multitude itself is surprising, but more importantly, I am struck by how un-Superman this whole issue is (in a good way). If you get into it like I do, it's almost horror. The dreaded approach of "something" that Superman has to fight. As well as the creepy new Superman villain Lord Vyndktvx doing his thing (clearly inspired by "Twin Peaks" ).
